Obviously if Manny wants to keep coaching here he will need to make offseason changes on the staff. First and foremost Enos needs to go. We need to bring a spread guy and numerous names have been mentioned already so I won't dive into it. On defense I would personally like to see patke, banda and baker go. Manny needs to call plays on d next year (a la Oklahoma and their offense) and get a recruiter on the defensive side of the ball. Our defensive recruiting should be off the charts at this point and next years class is incredibly deep at many positions on the defensive side of the ball. We would need to hire a new safety coach and I think we should get another recruiter to help MR recruit and just let him be a developer.

This exact same post is already on this board 10x still. You dont have to start another. I'm not being an ******* just reply back in one of those 10
 
AAaaWWWW! wishful thinking is always good for the soul.

None of them are going anywhere! (maybe patke he is a richt guy to begin with). This vitriol of he needs to go, he needs to be fire etc is a total waste of time. Enos, Baker and banda are goig to be here for few years.
 
If things don't drastically improve on Offense, Enos needs to go. D$ stated in another thread that Enos's Offense at Arkansas got better and improved throughout the year. Well apparently we're getting worse these last few games...

Vs UF - 214yds passing
Vs UNC - 309yds passing
Vs CMU - 250yds passing
Vs Va Tech - 469yds passing
Vs UVA - 182yds passing
Vs GTech - 200yds passing
Vs Pitt - 154yds passing

Enough of this Pro-Style BS. Go spread. Also Butch Barry can go with him. Plenty of talent on the OL, and they've looked worse. We saw what Manny did with the defense his first year here. If Enos and Barry are the right guys, we should/should've seen the same on Offense.

Also, I agree on Banda & Patke. 2 coaching spots that are being used on guys that shouldn't be coaching for a Power 5 team, period. Mind you that Banda can't recruit.

Makes sense that the OL, Safeties, and LBs have been the worst position groups this year, cause look who's coaching them
 
He gets paid to figure out what to do to WIN. We help pay he so our job is to figure out when and how to get fired the fired for failure to do his job. While lots of things might go into what is wrong, the problem seems simple enough to me -- other teams keep ending up with more points than us at the end of games.

SOLUTION -- Do your job and stop that from happening.

Patke is actually a Manny guy. Was a GA for him at Mississippi State.

Without seeing significant improvement on offense starting Saturday, expect at least 1 person to be replaced at the bare minimum. There's no way somebody isn't being scapegoated for this dismal output.
 
After a 7-6 record last year changes were made.hate to be a party pooper don't look for any changes after this season.Blake won't make Diaz make changes aka cmr and th oc position last year.we possibly face the prospects of no assistants being replaced for another couple years.administration views that 1 offseason isn't enough time to see big improvement from a bad offense from last year.
 
1. Fire Enos and hire an Air Raid guy like Yost or Harrell. They bring in their own guys

2. Move Patke back to analyst and hire a ST Coordinator who can recruit

3. Baker can coach all LBs and be DC while Diaz calls plays until Baker settles down like Diaz did bn 16&18
 
I'm with the man, the myth, the legend...CaneDynasty & Caneinorlando, bring in Yost. That guy has Canes written all over him. An innovator that gets results with lesser talent. Yost with the skill guys that are all over Florida will put up points, lots and lots of points. Style points will be in abundance also and that will be our recruiting tool. The WR group, TE group, and RB group will all be branding themselves in his offense and literally getting paid to be a Canes let alone what they will get paid on the next level. That is all.

If that’s the case then all of them will be fired with Diaz and Diaz will have wasted probably his only chance to be a head coach. So if stubborn is the name of a game then I say to those coaches enjoy the bottom of the sea with titanic diaz.
 
You can't just say "Manny isn't firing anyone. You are wasting your time" without putting that statement into context. So any poster that believes this, is really going to believe that under no circumstances would Manny make changes? So if we go 5-7 and don't make a bowl game...he makes no changes and furthermore isn't forced by Blake James to make changes? Come on you guys really can't believe that.

The only way Manny can save his staff is to win out. 8-4. Maybe 7-5 but FSU cannot be one of the losses. 5-7/6-6 and the administration will force him to make changes whether he likes it or not. If Blake basically forced Richt after last year, you don't think he will do the same to Manny? I said it in another thread, Manny doesn't have the FICO score yet to start telling Blake what he is and isn't going to do around Hecht.

His FICO will based on the 1st year excuse - Blake won't do squat.

The original thread on this topic will be unique and your observation would not apply to it. So the formula would be (x -1). X would equal the number of threads on the topic.

So using your example of 10 threads, the number of threads your observation would apply to would be 9 (10 - 1 = 9).
