Coaching Changes (discussion)

Use your frontal lobe.

The original thread on this topic will be unique and your observation would not apply to it. So the formula would be (x -1). X would equal the number of threads on the topic.

So using your example of 10 threads, the number of threads your observation would apply to would be 9 (10 - 1 = 9).

Mouthbreather.

Please stop.

I'd be shocked if anyone is fired and to be honest after a half season I don't think anyone deserves to be fired YET. I liked Enos's offense when Jarren was healthly ( obviously we were so bad on O it is going to take some take be great but we were getting better ) so I want to see what happens the remainder of the season. If we win out like I suspect not a single person will be or should be fired.

If that’s the case then all of them will be fired with Diaz and Diaz will have wasted probably his only chance to be a head coach. So if stubborn is the name of a game then I say to those coaches enjoy the bottom of the sea with titanic diaz.
yeap, i don't disagree with you but " it is what it is" no program will make such radical changes after one year!

The guy who has managed to escape a great deal of criticism is Stubblefield. On the one hand, I think Harley is having his best season and looks more confident attacking the football. But Thomas looks to have regressed. Wiggins looks like he isn't taking any meaningful steps improving his hands. Hightower left (I won't put that all on a coach... a player has to make it undeniable that he's the best, but it's still a bad look for the position coach when highly regarded players leave). Payton has barely seen the field. Drops abound. And out best WR came over as, more or less, a finished product from Buffalo.

No one on the staff should be safe. Everyone is replacement level at best.

More than anything else, Miami needs recruiters at key spots. RB Coach. WR Coach. DB Coach. Go out and head hunt the best three recruiters you can at those positions and snipe'em and put'em on the trail immediately.

If Willie doesn't put up 50+ on us and we go 6-7 (whatever), I have a spooky Halloween feeling that Manny ****cans no one.

I don’t see any major changes as it seems manual likes what they seem to be doing. Maybe that’s just coach speak for the masses but I don’t see it happening.
