Realistically speaking Mark ain't going nowhere. But Seashells & Lil Jon need to get the fck outta here for good.
Richt needs to have this offense corralled from his hands & hire a true dedicated OC from outside the program.
On the defensive side of the ball I'm a little less apt to wanna get rid of them because I think they do a solid job considering the circumstances, but I wouldn't argue with anyone who does want some of them gone.
It's too early to pull the plug on Jess, even though I'm a bit concerned with his recruiting coming the down stretch. I don't hate Patke, it's just that he pretty much occupies a much needed on field 10th assistant spot that can be used elsewhere, although I'm cool with keeping him.
I like Rumph as a person & have layed off him, but he has a big task at hand to get the 3 youngins ready for next year. Can't keep relying on JUCO's & GT's at CB.
With Banda, our Safety play is actually been pretty good imo & whether people wanna believe it or not, he's one of the main reasons why we even get DB's to commit in the first play. He's not perfect at all, but make no mistake about it he's our best DB recruiter.
We desperately need a ST's coach & more than anything, we need analysts on both sides of the ball. The thread I posted the other day about how schools in the Big XII, SEC & B1G were all loading up on Analysts to support their staff was real eye opening. I was already aware of it, but they broke down how some staffs basically have 3-4 coordinators per position group that are just under the analyst title. They also showed how those teams have all doubled their S&C staff as well.
