We have too many nice guys, coaches and players. We need some coaches and players who scare the crap out of people. All these guys are nice. That is fine but man do you really want any of them to be the guy going into a dark alley with you? I hope KC and Trevor come in here an start beating the crap out of everyone. We need nasty, mean people to make others nasty and mean out of self-defense. There has to be dogs scattered in the flock to protect the sheep from wolves.

Yeah that's all great, but then you hear reports that D'Onofrio is too direct and too hardass for these SoFla guys.
