Yea. Manny wants to be sure all the best hires have already been picked up before he starts his search. Why make moves early when you can wait a couple weeks and insure only the 2nd tier coaches are available.

He said it would be a couple weeks before firings happen... that’s a long time in an employee market as competitive as this. If there’s a just few top tier candidates, manny could very quickly find himself SOL.
