Coach Les Miles in trouble ...

According to reports, Les Miles was harassing several young LSU coeds who worked for him. Miles basically said that he would only hire young, blond and fit girls (Not like his wife at all). The LSU president was going to fire him in 2013, until they realized he had a $15 million buyout. LSU players were also abusing coeds, but the coaches and administration didn’t do anything to stop it. The allegations are not good for college football. Aside from facing lawsuits, the NCAA might actually consider sanctions against an SEC team

Have you seen his wife?

Why should they employ and pay millions to someone in leadership running around with burner phones trying to **** employees who are a **** hair away from being minors? Dudes in their 60's trying to **** 19 year olds is pedo adjacent. Weird flex trying to defend that.
Yet legal.

That old saying the old timers have about “don’t shlt where you eat” generally holds true. Legal is not the issue.

Workplace relationships are generally unavoidable, but when they involve an imbalance of power, there can be trouble aplenty.

Not to mention possible future accusations of harassment. I’ve had a few in the past and was lucky, and actually ended up getting married on my last one, but I was also lucky and also didn’t harass anyone.

I’ve also seen a couple of guys lose careeers because of workplace relationships.

I haven’t read any details about Les, but he just sounds like a horny old dude that should have done his pūssy hunting elsewhere. Bad idea to do it in the workplace. And if he was actually harassing the women, shame on him.

Workplace relationships are an absolute no for me.

That said I'm not working with hot 19 year old co-eds as a millionaire. My opinion would probably change in that situation.

Or you’re happily married and treat your wife and relationship with the dignity and respect that you promised to on your wedding day. Everyone makes their own choices. I’m not judging anyone else’s decisions. However, not everyone ***** because they can. I can’t imagine hurting the one person I love and trust most of all, for a piece of ***.
You can't possibly watch College Football, predicated on the murky world of recruiting, and think College Coaches are men of high moral fibre, right?

You're not that naive, surely?

How do you possibly know that?

Y'know what, nevermind. What you do in the sanctity of your own home is your business.
I laid out a low hanging fruit for you to retort with and you perfectly illustrated my point.

Les miles should have kept it within the "sanctity of his home"

I will admit i felt nervous asking google zoophilia questions. I hope a solar flare wipes their servers.
