Th issue isn’t that he’s trying to hit on 19 year old girls. It's that he's hitting on 19 year old girls at his place of employment. To the guys defending him, would you be ok if your 18 year old daughter started dating her high school teacher? I mean, if he waited until her 18th birthday, what’s illegal about that?

Or you’re happily married and treat your wife and relationship with the dignity and respect that you promised to on your wedding day. Everyone makes their own choices. I’m not judging anyone else’s decisions. However, not everyone ***** because they can. I can’t imagine hurting the one person I love and trust most of all, for a piece of ***.

Fraternization policies aside which any organization has the rights to implement. 19 years old are old enough to give consent. Doesn’t matter if Les is 100 years old.

She's 18. No matter how hard you choose to hang on. Some people recognize she's an adult already.
