The important question is what recruits has he landed? The RB Coach should be the elite recruiter on the staff.
It's probably going to be difficult to judge because he's never coached anywhere where he would be able to land elite recruits even if he was an elite recruiter. Kansas State and the MAC or Sun Belt or wherever, isn't going to lend itself to 4* recruits.

RB coach might be the most overrated position coach. Either you know how to tout the rock or not. If this guys has some sfl connects I’m with it.
I did not believe my friend since I think he was let go by KSU and his only connection to Miami is he coached at Heritage. Plus, maybe he is just following those coaches begging for a job because I don't think anyone is actually following him back.
