Shows an ability to sell yourself. Huge in recruiting. Coach Justice probably wouldnt even get a swipe from NYSOM on Meat Grinder, but was able to pull in somebody well above his pay grade

I am excited by the Justice hire as everything we heard about him is good, but if the Oline under performs how many people are going to be *****ing that he should be less worried about the players liking him and more worried about them performing well?
