The leaders in the weight room?

He points to Trajan Bandy (“we’re almost ready to throw that guy out of here - he wants to come in twice a day every day, is doing extra workouts - that’s what you want”), Zach McCloud (“I don’t know where he came from, but I wish you could clone that kid”), Mike Pinckney (“he’s been fantastic”), Jimmy Murphy (“he’s the sparkplug of a lifetime, that guy, he’s the Energizer bunny times 15, that guy has goals as big as the moon”) and KJ Osborn (“he ruined a Saturday for me and the Temple Owls personally with Buffalo - I can still see him running at Lincoln Financial”).

If Zach McCloud can finally put it together....oh lawd

And no bigger Bandy fan than me. He has limitations. For some reason all people want to talk about is the GT game but his play down the stretch last year, particularly in run support, was phenomenal.

He was throwing blockers aside and tattooing running backs and receivers those last few games.

Yeap, I remember it all too well......I don't know what's up with Rumph and wanting taller/long cb's when he wasn't even better than Philip Buchannon who played on the other side of him.
Think Manny is the one who wanted/wants taller CB. Rumph went after Couch this year too, he wanted Jaden Davis but I believe was told no.

He has issues once and while with big receivers that body him out, but the kid is a fighter and as you said at the end of the season he was playing like his hair was on fire.
