Coach Dugans Mic'd Up

this wr corp is going to be nuts in a few years. Dugans is a great coach, so glad fans didnt get their way with Kevin Beard staying. We landed a top flight wr 3 years in a row, ar, jt, and pope, things are changing.

5 years. Payton, Ladson, Britt, Burton, and Manuel still on the way. This **** is getting funny lol...
 
I mean really, how can you not absolutely love this guy? No wonder kids connect with him so well.
 
I remember Cager snatching a TD in the back of the end zone at UNC during his freshman year. It was literally the only bright spot of that entire game for us. We got blown out but I remember still have a little smile on the inside because I knew Cager would be a problem one day! I think that day is upon us! Now that he is completely healthy, he is due for a breakout season.

cager might be good but this board cracks me up. You got AR, Pope, JT, Harley, etc and this board is excited about Cager? hes a slower, maybe more physical verison of tommy streeter. Jeff Thomas is the kid im excited for this year.

The other WR's being great at the same time as Cager being great is not mutually exclusive. I don't get the point of your post. Is it not possible to be excited about all of the WR's. Is it not possible to have a WR group that is loaded with elite talent? I'm trying to understand your logic. Help a brother out!

He had to get through the psychological impact and gain confidence that he could play 100% without damaging his knee. He is going to help us win games this fall. Just get him the ball on time and accurately.

im tired of this dudes name. just like im tired of Trayone Gray. Start showing love to the kids who have done alot here. We get threads of cager and nothing on players who've done alot. Trayone posts way more than travis homer. we crown guys who dont do nothing. Look, cager might break out im just sick of hearing these dudes that this board hyped up. Perry is another one, let him do something. last year we heard he was comign in in august and being handed the job. its frustrating because so many kids on this team ball out and get no love. How many trent harris posts were they're last year? seriously. not trying to be a jerk but i dont get it.
 
Cager’s situation is different than Gray or anyone else that gets hyped up often. He was set to start, over Ahmmon, opposite of Stacy two seasons ago before getting hurt. He still wasn’t back to himself until about halfway through the year last year. His quickness and route running for his size is special, combined with added mass to his frame, he’s going to have a big season.

Not trying to be a jerk, but once again, I do not get your logic. In your previous post, you dismissed Cager and referenced Pope, JT, and Harley as 3 of the 4 reasons (WR's) for doing so. Then, in your last post you mentioned several times that we should talk about players that have done "a lot" at Miami. There is so much that is wrong with this, I don't even know where to begin.

As much as I love JT and Harley, neither one of them have done "a lot" at Miami. Pope is not even on campus yet, so please enlighten me on how he has done "a lot" at Miami. You are entitled to your opinion, but your argument is seriously flawed!

my point was i dont get the hype with this kid. Those kids are entering their second years. Cager didnt show much before his injury, he had a good game last year, but hes not a game changer. i just dont get the board, like the constant cager, trayone gray, etc threads. these kids are not going to leave a huge impact on this program.

So you didn't watch the last couple games of these season or the bowl game is what your saying.

Cager is due and I wouldn't be surprised if he turned plenty heads this season. Especially with the fact that he has finally got over the mental aspect of his injury and was flashing last season.
