If you look at where our OL talent has been graded by the NFL, it's crystal clear we need to move on and rebuild that entire roster.

Good for Reed to get his degree. He was off the official roster for a while. He's not on @GojiraCane 's thread anywhere. So I'm assuming he was allowed to wrap up at Miami on the down low. Now go get a free master's degree, young man!

Yeah, he's the perfect example of a bad eval. IIRC, he was a mid-to-high four star, played pretty well at the all star game. But he was clearly topped out. Quality HS lineman who I don't think made any gains during his entire time in college. ... That's not a criticism of Reed. Happens to tons of athletes. It's entirely the fault of Richt's OL coach, Searels.

Fairly certain that he wasn't on the roster for a while.
That distinction is important, because it means he was probably one of Mario's "first year coach/unlimited cuts" guys, and was given the chance to finish his diploma at UM.
I know some posters don't like it, but Mario does a lot in silence. I've been telling guys for months that Peyton Matocha is taking a real-life/white-collar job rather than use all his eligibility, and now it's happening. Not every guy will max out on his eligible football years.

Grad transfer. Portal window isn’t applicable, only the enrollments dates set for the school, depending on which semester he wants to enroll in.
