Clemson vs Syracuse

At the game...
1. Clemson is very underwhelming. Syracuse is doing everything in their power to give this game away.

2. Every 3rd down (especially 3rd and long), Syracuse sits in zone coverage and Klubnik picks them apart or runs for the 1st down.

3. Syracuse QB is very inaccurate. Van Dimes and our WRs should EAT!! Cuse receivers are working the DBs but the QB keeps throwing the passes out of bounds.. SMMFH!

4. Syracuse is running the ball fairly effectively but don't do it enough.

The game is 21-7 at half and, sorry, Clemson isn't 17pts better. Their kicker still sucks.

P.S. The refs suck here too!!

Clemson's third TD?
Blown coverage. WR was wide open.
If it was man coverage, the DB got left.
If it was zone, safety didn't get over the top.
Cuse has no interest in winning this game.
Defense just dropped a pick six

I do like Clemson defense. Syracuse lost too many offensive weapons and don't have the depth. The Tigers defense will be the best defense we face all year. They'll try to slow down Miami Offense and keep it physical. They do have a bye week right before us. It'll be interesting game. If they can't get pressure on TVD they Clemson cooked but they got some beasts on that D line. A couple of stud freshmans too
 
Syracuse has no one to blame for this mess but themselves. They totally had clemson where they wanted them, and let them wiggle free.

Absolutely! Clemson didn't overwhelm Syracuse despite the score. The Syracuse defense played well enough for them to win. The refs also did a terrible job officiating the game.

We'll have to disagree and I'm basing it solely on what I saw live with my own eyes this afternoon. The Syracuse QB held the ball too long, was very inaccurate with his passes, and generally played a poor game. And the Cuse defense kept them in the game (despite the DC doing everything in his power to allow Clemson to consistently convert 3rd and long). Syracuse's OL did a commendable job considering the supposed quality of Clemson's front and Miami's OL is markedly better (we have some studs too). I'm not going to say it will be a cakewalk; I think Texas 8&4 has a better DL and we saw how that went. If TVD has time to throw, Clemson's secondary will be in for a long day. If Syracuse had a good QB, they probably come out with the win.

I was there too w my son. I second this post.

I’ll add

Clemson defense is legit. Dl is solid. We will have our hands full w them but hopefully our balance can wear them out

If we play mistake free we win. Their offense has no one who scares me like Lawrence or Etienne.

I too was there with my son. I’ll second this post.

My opinion which means nothing is that this is the year to get Clemson. Offensively they don’t scare me at all. No Lawrence or Etienne and it’s shocking how little they use Shipley for all the hype he gets.

Also if our Ol can handle their DL for a good portion of the game we will score on them. Make no mistake they are talented on D.

Syracuse gave them this game. Turnovers and dropped interceptions along with **** poor 3rd down defense killed the Orange.

Aw man i would lose my mind. I have not forgotten what they did to us to get Golden out of here (good thing but still) and i have not forgotten them cutting the turnover chain in the ACC Championship Game (I was there).

Would love nothing more than to embarrass them and send that program back to ****.
