Clemson vs Syracuse

I was there too w my son. I second this post.

I’ll add

Clemson defense is legit. Dl is solid. We will have our hands full w them but hopefully our balance can wear them out

If we play mistake free we win. Their offense has no one who scares me like Lawrence or Etienne.

My opinion which means nothing is that this is the year to get Clemson. Offensively they don’t scare me at all. No Lawrence or Etienne and it’s shocking how little they use Shipley for all the hype he gets.

Also if our Ol can handle their DL for a good portion of the game we will score on them. Make no mistake they are talented on D.

Syracuse gave them this game. Turnovers and dropped interceptions along with **** poor 3rd down defense killed the Orange.

1. "...Their offense has no one who scares me like Lawrence or Etienne."
💯 - #6 who appeared to play slot has some speed and wiggle.
2. "...it’s shocking how little they use Shipley.."
This is something I wanted to say as well. He's their best weapon on offense and they don't use him as you'd expect.
3. Syracuse gave them this game. Turnovers and dropped interceptions along with **** poor 3rd down defense killed the Orange.
All of this!

Clemson has some soul-searching to do. They've whiffed on consecutive top-rated QBs, it's an immediate and instantaneous vulnerability which levels the playing field regardless of how well you've recruited other positions.

It's not just Klubberdik at Clemson, you're seeing this across CFB-- Bama/Minnow-roe, UGA/Beavis, etc. The most efficient tools to address a problem that big are NIL and the portal, both of which Forrest refuses to use on some strange moral ground, which is odd considering they had the resources to recreate Neverland Ranch on campus (RIP Thriller).

Syracuse is coached well enough to be a pain-in-the *** on any given week, and even though they pulled a few decent kids out of the portal, this isn't the 1 in 6 year Syracuse team that makes any noise.
