It was us. It’s also this Clemson team isn’t even the shadow of what those Clemson teams were.

I’m happy for Blades but let’s not pretend he was a deciding factor to the game.

- Clemson outgained Duke, 422-374, and led the Blue Devils in first downs, 29-17.
-Running back Will Shipley rushed 17 times for 114 yards and caught a career-high-tying six passes for 29 yards with a touchdown.
- Quarterback Cade Klubnik completed 27-of-43 passes for 207 yards with one touchdown and one interception. He also added 34 rushing yards on 12 carries.
-The defeat snapped Clemson’s 12-game winning streak against conference opponents, the fourth-longest streak in school history.

The game snapped a 45-game streak in which Clemson had recorded at least one sack. Prior to Monday, the last time Clemson was held without a sack was in November 2019 against Wofford.

Clemson was held without a rushing touchdown for only the second time since the start of the 2018 season. Clemson has now rushed for a touchdown in 68 of 70 games in that span.

Clemson dropped to 37-17-1 all-time against Duke.

I thought they looked good on defense for the majority of the game. It’s human nature (especially at that age) to say **** it when an offense isn’t holding up their end. We’ve seen it here for years.

The OL looks rough. Unathletic and weak as ****.

Their Defense was not bad. Not the caliber of previous years but still solid. Especially their DL. Clemson doesn’t fumble in this game and they win.

That being said, their offense is bad. Not a fan of their scheme at all.

they hired a young innovative mind and handcuffed him into their bland bs offensive system. Makes absolutely no sense. Dabo's ego is finally getting in the way.
 
Definitely not the Clemson of old. They have no weapons on offense aside from Shipley.

Their front 7 isn't even the same as recent years but still legit with 2 1-2 round picks at LB.

Best believe they'll be clicking on all cylinders October 21. Teams get hyped to play Miami. They don't to play Duke. After 20 years of irrelevance, I don't know why it has to be like that but it is.

No one gives a crap about what sky being Dabo believes in, people are making fun of the inherent hypocrisy. What is funny is that the same guy that loves to mention his religious beliefs at the drop of a dime sure as **** doesn’t live his life according to those principles. He’s Joel Osteen with a whistle around his neck. Dude is fine with greed, as long as he is the beneficiary, but has a problem with others getting paid. There’s a reason why Mark Richt, a true man of faith openly dislikes Dabo.

Happy for Blades, Shake we couldn’t keep him this year. He would have gotten burn too. Got screwed over by the Diaz clown shown and bad Steele hire.
