And people talk about Mario micromanaging the OC. This is the 3rd OC in 3 years and its seems like they all have the same issues running Dabo offense without a generational QB. I wonder why?

Lack of skill players. Average offensive line. An average, or at least inexperienced, quarterback can’t overcome that. I think Watson and Lawrence both had better wide receivers, but no one delete comes to mind. At least I went onto the NFL.
