I believe sliding is different
I think the caveat is it was 4th down

But it’s still a ridiculous rule it’s part of the play

but…

And people talk about Mario micromanaging the OC. This is the 3rd OC in 3 years and its seems like they all have the same issues running Dabo offense without a generational QB. I wonder why?

This is WILD. Riley better resign before his stock bottoms out and he ends up at Eastern Michigan.

I've still never seen it called like that.

No way that call was correct unless they've changed the rule

We've all seen plenty of late hits (targeting or not) flags when a team came up short on 4th down — and the penalty was an automatic first down, not offending team takes over on down 15 yards back

you dont need a generational qb to throw the ball horizontally all game and hit with a few gimmick passes a game. (thats their offense), to go with a few design qb runs a game off rpo

The thing THEY DONT have is generational wr's apparently

Anybody else find it weird that Dabo didn't have an aneurism when they gave Duke the ball after the late hit?
