Dabo himself was a random WR coach before he got the HC gig, IIRC. I am not surprised his staph has that amount of randomness to it.

As a leader, I think the worst thing you can do is surrounding yourself with yes men. Even strong leaders need to get checked every once in a while.

We've had our share of Nepotism here in Miami with Golden and D'Onofrio, and Blake James and Manny. But seems like Clemson was on a whole other level. All that nepotism does is ruin accountability within your program.

Yeah you did tbh, way ahead of the curve. Made me reevaluate how I was looking at it.

When he was still going above .500 I thought he’d continue like that however it’s all bad & on display rn.

not a surprise that the Clemson alumni on the staff who didn’t play for Dabo are the only ones with real outside experience lol.

Early on, a lot of his best staffers were guys he inherited from Tommy Bowden. Then when they left he started replacing them with former Alabama teammates who ain’t coached at all
 
Apparently Chad Morris only got the Arkansas HC because Jerry Jones wanted his grandson on the team, and to actually play lmao. Morris obliged.

Kid was 5’10 175 😹 he put up numbers in hs and won states so he wasn’t a total make a wish kid or anything but definitely wasn’t getting much recruiting attention despite his affiliations.



Chad Morris recruited the kid at SMU then just continued doing so at Arkansas. Offered as soon as he got the Arkansas job.

The grandson started against Western Kentucky, who Arkansas lost to, and Chad Morris was fired the next day 😭😭

They might want to focus on more than just Tony . Upshaw is looking good . Duke kid will have a big game vs Clemson .
