I have developed an unhealthy hatred of Clemson. This is the year to unseat them. Just sayin

I like your enthusiasm but I think we are still 1 cycle away from giving them what they deserve.

Good luck man, not the place for optimism. go to LSU threads. It's like when you can kick your brothers *** but nobody else better mess with him around here. LSU threads are safe. Optimistic views on the season are not welcomed otherwise

Nope. Can’t let some disingenuous snake oil salesman like Dabo “N-word” Swinney” be legitimized by that kind of ****ery. Gratitude is not perpetual. We’re good enough to beat Clemson this year. Whether this team performs up to its expectations is why they play the games.
 
They did the Lord's work for this program so far as I'm concerned. I don't hate them. They've built a serious machine up there.

That was one of those crazy games that maybe happens once or twice a season. Deshaun Watson attempted 70 passes, Pitt's QB threw 5 TDs, both teams combined for over 1000 yards. It was an anomaly. Clemson most likely wins 8 out of 10 if they play again.

We dont have the OL or QB in place to go toe-to-toe with them right now.

Excuses. We destroyed a healthy ND team, who went toe-to-toe with Georgia. Anybody can beat anybody if you come ready to play. We did NOT play Clemson/Pitt with the same energy we played VT/ND. We lost to Wisconsin because our CB's couldn't turn their heads around while being on the hips of the receivers.

Miami is a better team than ND. But you will not convince me that we are 33 points better than ND. We came ready, they came spooked. Yes, transitive property doesn't work with football, but its also a heavy indicator of who can compete with who. We could've beat anybody in the nation with the energy we had for weeks 9/10
 
You guys do this too often. We're all fired up for the season, but come on now.

Syracuse beat Clemson, we beat Syracuse and Clemson dismantled us.

Football is situations. No two are alike. Ever.

When we see Clemson, they'll be a championship caliber team in a championship game.

Right now, we have a puncher's chance, to me that means we win 2 out of 10 games. They aren't going to hand us but one or 2 opportunities and we need more help than that.

We're about 1 or 2 cycles away from getting that situation to a 50/50 competition.

Why? Depth! They're returning first round draft picks along their DL, for their senior years! We're struggling to replace 5 to 7 round picks.
 
1 or failure. A redshirt freshman or redshirt sophomore is going to be the next starter after Rosier. A dynasty will be born or banners will be flown.

When Dabo gave his players a mock chain to cut with pliers, my blood really started to boil. They are not on the same level of hate as some other teams, but I’d love to kick their ***.
 
We can beat Clemson we didnt play our game last year! All i hear about is there 4 defensive lineman what about the rest of the team? They gone be ready? We were down our top 3 offensive weapons this aint last year anything can happen!!! Manny played soft zone an got ate up need to attack Clemson like we did ND man tf up an attack kelly an there run game he aint all that as a passer an we need to get the ball out quick an do different things to counter there d line! Any fan of Miami to say we lost before we even play wtf is that weak **** about??? *** Clemson! 96-3 in 2 games these boys owe them an i think this year we get them! Thats assuming they make it like we do! They could be this years fsu! Go Canes!
