Clemson hatred

The Clemson caksucking on this site has got to stop.

This Clemson fūckery is nauseating.

They are our rival for ACC supremacy and a playoff spot. But some people just want an excuse to suck off some other teams. Like all the closet FSU slurpers we have on this site.

Clemson or Dabo didn’t get Golden fired. Golden got Golden fired. Any decent team would’ve laid half a hundo on us that day. To somehow worship Clemson because “they did us a solid“ or they got those fat Jersey fūcks fired, is just pure bullshlt.

What you people fail to realize is that, in addition to any decent team blowing us out that day, Golden was already a dead man walking anyway. Nothing he could’ve done that would have prevented it.

Richt was destined to be our coach after what Georgia did. It didn’t really matter when Golden was fired, he WAS going to be fired. He was gone and Richt was coming in. It was written. End of story.

Fvck Clemson.

That said, they are better than us across the board this season. It is what it is

Fvck clemson, you don’t hate them but they whooped our *** the last 2 times they played? What sense does that make plus they mocked Miami after the acc championship game too

+1 Golden was done. Clemson just made it during the season instead of the day after the last game of the year. I never understood the praise for a record setting and embarrassing pummeling from fellow Cane fans.

If this team can get there, the problem is going to be Clemson's defensive line. Assuming it stays healthy, of course. I'm not going to wish injury on anyone, but I have a feeling this year is not going to work out quite as planned for them.

Golden did it to himself by preparing us to get an *** whooping. After the loss to Clemson last year, I say fvck em

Golden couldn't do almost anything right.

So I seriously doubt he could prepare us for that kind of *** whuppin....knowing the ramifications for him

We all know Golden couldn't prep for any team

That was one of the best prep jobs EVER!! ...

I've NEVER seen a team come into a game so completely ready to lose

I'm not understanding all the hate for Clemson. Right now they are the class of the ACC pure and simple. No one has to like them, but you have to respect the job they've done up there. My hope is that if we do play them for the ACC championship, they are undefeated and considered unstoppable.
That would make the win that much more satisfying

I don't mind Clemson at all. Their fans, along with Nebraska's, are the nicest I've ever tailgated around and with. Dabo, good coach, and it's easy to see why recruits and players like the guy. IMHO, he's the most charismatic and likeable of the last decades NC coaches. I also still get a laugh about how pretty much everyone on any of our boards said he sucked early on rather than seeing what he was building.

You hate then, fine, whatever. I just don't have a reason to dislike them and losing to them isn't justification for that in my mind. They could've hung more on us the last couple of beatdowns.

Score was 58-0. Can't tell if your arguing or agreeing here.

Just saying that Golden couldn't have prepared us for 58-0 *** whuppin because he simply couldn't coach....IF he did prepare us to lose, that meant he did something to perfection...and he couldn't do anything to perfection.

Golden always thought he had the chops to win college football ....but he was delusional... Clemson only proved it....after that loss even Golden had to accept the fact that it was him not the Canes that was the problem

Yeah, right. That's a very idealistic view on UM and our history of addressing our cluster****s. Our putrid history of bungling things in the AD wasn't going to correct itself without divine intervention.

It took the worst lost in program history, one not even Coker or Shannon could muster. One so humiliating the opposition shrewdly didn't even go in for halftime, they stayed to prepare the body.

If Golden had lost that game in his usual fashion of 31-14 he would have "trust-the-processed" himself into surviving and Mark Richt would be the current HC at Florida State.

We'd be the ones lobotomized into believing Willie Taggart, Dan Mullen, or Lord help us, Mario Cristobal and their staff of "young energetic recruiters" we're going to save us.

That my friend is how UM of old handled things. During the nearly 20 years of inept leadership how many signs were there the brand was coming apart? How many great coaches who would have taken this job did we watch other programs hire in the names of saving face for Larry Coker and Randy Shannon? Too many.

In fact, as bad as that loss was, it took the prospects of several Golden Canes walking from their support and even the loss of sponsorships to make them begrudgingly write the check to get rid of Alfonso and his endless stream of failure absolving emails.

Mark Richt fell right into our laps and if we didn't have an urgent vacancy we'd have missed him. The Lord, through his many Messengers, made use get out of our own way. By his Hand, his messenger Dabo showed us just how embarrassing this program had truly become.

And by the way, don't think we are rid of all the demons either. Perhaps you've noticed what's been going on with our baseball program?

Then we will win the ACC title, we just dont match up with them right now talent for talent especially up front. I agree with @Cane Dynasty we are one elite recruiting class away. Elite class not a backup non closing class

What's your definition of elite? Most think last years class was elite but I've heard you dog the 2018 class bc we lost out on a couple DBs at the end and didn't "close". So if you don't think that class was elite, which was loaded top to bottom, safe to say you won't think any class is.

We CAN beat Clemson, but I do think we are 1 more Coach Richt recruited class away from having the depth to compete with Clemson across the board. I don't need our class to be rated above Alabama and Georgia to think we have a shot though. Our staff has proven to be strong recruiters and evalators. I like our chances.

And this love affair with other teams on here is sickening. **** Dabo and Clemson. You think he was trying to do us a favor? Na, he was trying to humiliate us. I can acknowledge they are good without liking or respecting their *****asses.

I think it must be emphasized that Richt has mentioned publically that he was contacted by Miami before the 2015 season.
So that in itself is a big sign to me that no matter what happened in the Clemson game once UGA and Richt "mutually decided" that he would not be back at Georgia that he was going to be our coach.
There is no debate that the Clemson blowout made it more likely as a reality sooner though., but I believe that Golden would have been fired anyway

I like your enthusiasm but I think we are still 1 cycle away from giving them what they deserve.

i dont know, brotha. IF we stay healthy, ill put our starting lineup out there against anyone.

the only thing this team is missing is a dynamic, win you a game on his own, type QB. but if rosier's shoulder has fully healed, i see a special season ahead of us.

Excuses. We destroyed a healthy ND team, who went toe-to-toe with Georgia. Anybody can beat anybody if you come ready to play. We did NOT play Clemson/Pitt with the same energy we played VT/ND. We lost to Wisconsin because our CB's couldn't turn their heads around while being on the hips of the receivers.

Miami is a better team than ND. But you will not convince me that we are 33 points better than ND. We came ready, they came spooked. Yes, transitive property doesn't work with football, but its also a heavy indicator of who can compete with who. We could've beat anybody in the nation with the energy we had for weeks 9/10
And therein lies the problems. We havent shown much consistency for me to just flat out say "We can beat anyone". I'm a believe it when I see it kind of person. If this year's team can bring that ND energy consistently then I'm all aboard the "Let's whoop Clemson and anyone else's a**" train".
