Then again I really thought FSU was going to make a great run until Francois got hurt against Bama. In one play they went from one of the most talented well-coached teams in the country to a barren wasteland suddenly devoid of talent. Same with Urban's last year at UF.

Their schedule overall has been average at best. Bama's schedule over the decade was tougher and more impressive.
 
LMAO , we’re critiquing champions yet we’re a “go through the motions” team and we know what champions need to win.
 
I appreciated Dabo for getting Al Golden fired...but he’s turned into the Joker (in the Dark Knight). He’s really become a huge problem that we can’t control
Right now.

I don’t care about “ACC” and all that stuff.
I want them to get creamed. To take a little luster off their name.

Honestly I don’t see Trevor Lawerence as a world beater. He’s regressed some and the numbers support that he is really good but not an all time great at the position. As a QB he gets a ton of credit for wins but the team is loaded.

Clemson has looked slow to me on defense all year. I don’t see the same eye popping speed in their linebackers and safeties like years before. (Yes I know they have guys going to the nfl and their SS is a big time prospect)

OSU ran all over them and if not for an injury to dobbins who knows how that would have ended.

Clemsons offense has been ok this year by elite standards. They rolled bad ACC teams and kinda sputtered against OSU.

I think LSU moves the ball and puts up points early and Clemson struggles to come back.

Dabo was an idiot and maligned by fans his first season. He was literally a fool. He took a good program and trashed it. Eddie O was a buffoon. He was speech pathologists wet dream. A great recruiter, cheater, a very good DL coach, a drunk and not head coach material. I only hope that our very good DC, his players love playing for him, slurring, bad recruiting and couldn’t identify a good assistant/position coach if his life depended on it..... turns out as good and makes us all eat ****. I think we’d happily trade that for what those two have brought to their schools.
And **** Nick Saben. Truly the greatest cheater of all time. His “dynasty” belongs to the all mighty dollar bill and his good personal friend running the NCAA who turning the most legendary blind eye in the history of college athletics. A decade of consecutive number one classes.... GTFO

He’s lost more games and championships than anyone ever should have with the mass of talent he’s been allowed to assemble. It’s akin to the US losing once every ten trips in Baghdad. smh 🤦‍♂️

All it takes is one clean hit on Lawrence and they are toast.
Can LSU be that team to make him finally lose? Maybe.
And if not this season there could be a defense next season that does.

All that said, they are a great team and do have a chance at glory. But we have seen too many teams fall flat on their face in such situations sans Alabama. So I am in wait and see mode.

If Clemson beats LSU tomorrow convincingly then will you SEC apologists at least say they're an equivalent "dynasty" to Baga?

when u look at the quality of wins Clemson would have in the regular season, it’s not impressive.

And in the playoffs, the first game Opponent doesn’t belong on the same field as Clemson.
