Cincy game on Oct 1

Susan, look, what we saw out there tonight wasn't a big surprise. We knew this would be tough. I said all week this would be a war of attrition. We were hoping to have the be benefit of a true bye week but we had this midweek game on the other side of it, we've got to take it as the schedule makers make it. That's another road Thursday night game, you know, right after Nebraska. That's neither here nor there at this point, but I'm just saying. That was an NFL QB we just saw. In all honesty, that's the best team in the American conference. I know people say Power 5 this, Power 5 that, but that's a **** good football team. We didn't get the result we wanted but I thought our compete level was good, it was a war of attrition back and forth. We just came up a little short. We cut a few guys loose and a little too many ME's the last couple possessions. Gotta fix it going forward. We'll get right back on that horse, tomorrow. Get it corrected.

That took some preparation haha. I sure hope we don't have to sit through something like that in Oct

We'll be sitting thru excuse making, fan blaming, player blaming PCs after most games.
 
This is normally a game I'd go to due to the close proximity to Indianapolis. Now that I have two kids, two and four, I'll be staying home watching it on television. I don't think this game will be close, Cincy doesn't scare me whatsoever. Have fun to all those attending, Cincy has always been a fun town when I've visited.
 
Come on over. I'm taking my 2 and 4 year olds to the game!
