I want to keep Coley at OC because he's good for recruiting. Chud is an X's and O's guy on offense so they compliment each other well.

Then you need to get a big time defensive coach, an X's and O's type. Someone who runs an aggressive scheme that translates well to what kids in south florida do naturally.

Keep Keep Ice Harris, Hurlie Brown, and Larry Scott for community ties and recruiting.

Why would Ken Dorsey do that? He's a QB coach in the NFL and is on pace to be an OC. Perhaps he'd come down here to be an OC for a couple years before making the leap up, but that's a best case scenario.
