Chris Johnson jr to smu

He's not wrong, though.
As many of us have wondered in the past about certain players, how could one be several years in a college football program and be rail thin? I don't think this is no longer an issue at UM, though.
Of course, Dabo being Dabo, takes opportunity to lob shots at a.program or two.

To me, maybe I’m just giving him too much of the benefit of the doubt, he seems to be more taking a shot at CJ than UM or SMU.

No matter how strong institutionally a program is, there will always be cracks. Bryce Fitzgerald is a much better player than CJ and I am sure much more serious about the nutrition needed to combine with training & recovery & conditioning etc; however, Mario still stopped him to tell him he looked skinny. That’s with Columbus having better infrastructure than Dillard.

It’s not just about gaining the weight required; though that’s a big part of it.

A lot of jokes being made about this image and on the surface it’s understandable. Did he just grow two inches and do nothing else? But Fletcher is obviously a different beast and the same animal at once than he was three years ago; even if his measurables virtually match when he came in. The mental mindset gains are a big part of the change required to continue to be a paid pro outside of college.

Also, how that weight is now distributed makes a lot of difference. At 39, I got a personal trainer and although I didn't have massive weight loss, I was a lot stronger and leaner and looked totally different.
