CHOCOLATE

Gray looks awesome. His balance is really impressive for a guy that tall at RB and relatively new to the position. He's a natural football player. This is the type of guy who would have slipped away to Auburn (years ago) or even "fallen" to FIU and then played in the NFL at some point. I hope we use him in a number of ways. You can have him in on the field with Walton/Yearby. He looked great on the flare pass.

Some of you losers need to stop bad mouthing players. They are Canes and bust their butts. Do the beat job they can.

Destroy the coaches for lack of competence and all around horrendous coaching the last four years. Leave he players out of it...

He is a really good receiver out of the backfield, as are Yearby and Walton. He also has a powerful arm. If Gray can continue to improve the mental game, we can take advantage of his versatility.

I hope Al Golden dies as much as the next guy, but what the **** is the point of a team's message board if you can't discuss the performance of the players, too?

Lol at Al Golden recognizing that he has a dynamic playmaker on his team. He had sorry *** Berrios ahead of Corn on kick and punt returns for christ sake. Coal showers play ahead of gamebreakers

Just because Corn is a ****ing stud doesn't mean Berrios sucks. Hey this Vanilla tastes great, chocolate must taste like **** then! WTF? Why do you guys argue like your in kindergarten? You don't think Berrios could of taken one back against BCC? Mighty BCC? Losing Berrios would suck, he's older and more experienced this year, maybe he makes that next step, now he's injured, how's that good? We need depth at WR for ****s sake.
Corn took advantage of his opportunity like any great player would. He's a hungry player and his attitude has paid off. Good for Elder. Can't wait to see him play every weekend.

No he couldn't. He's slow, has no moves, and has stone hands. Berrios couldn't tie Corn's shoe laces, on his own merits. Why Berrios is even on the team is one of life's eternal mysteries.

One more comment, he has NFL written al over him and I hope Golden has the football acumen to see that. This kid will break into the starting line up sooner or later.

The kid has talent and runs with authority, quickness, shifty moves, and falls north on every play. I do believe the kid is a weapon that Al needs to use more and more. Looks like he could be the real deal with a decent offensive line and good coaching. This kid could have a very high ceiling and is just what this offensive needs.

I think if he didn't hold the football like a hot potato, he would be the starter.

i here you blustar his numbers and hype are incredible but besides catching a few 3rd down conversions and dropping a TD against FSU... he realy didnt do anything last year and he played a lot..Im just saying thats why fans are skeptical

Srry *** berios? STFU u troll

what the **** has berrios ever done? the guy is pedestrian. for some "reason", certain fans love this guy and overhype him.

Guy was "pedestrian" coming off an ACL tear that he came back from in less than 9 months. Let me know the guys at the skill positions on offense who weren't pedestrian besides the ones who got drafted. He was the most productive out of all the Pedestrians.

A bad ***. Another example of the monster talent that you stumble into just by being the HC at UM. Doesn't matter how awful you are there will be killers like this within a stone's throw of your office. This dude is our 3rd team RB, and 90% of the programs in the country would die to have him and ride him as their main RB.

Kinda how you were the biggest badass in the sandlot yesterday?

Exactly.

Berrios was also like the 6th guy

I want to see Gray working out of the slot and some kick returns too

So, when he recruits well, it's luck, but when he doesn't, he's an idiot. Got it! Canes fans have to be some of the dumbest mother ****ers around. Is this the type of reasoning they teach now at UM? Lord help us. . .

First, your language is hurtful, and I ask for either a retraction or an apology.

Second, Gray didn't have to be recruited. He was a UM guy all the way.

Put gray in the wildcat with Walton and yearby flanked on the side of him. Remember he has an arm, he was a qb in highschool too

So you're saying we can use him like Lavon Ponder on a trick play?

And if Corn Elder gets hurt, what happens?

In fairness, Corn along with 8 other guys including Berrios would've picked up those punts and ended up in the end zone. I don't have an opinion on who is better back there yet but the test will come when a punter can put more than 1 second hang time on a ball. Cookman didn't exactly have Ray Guy back there.

Yes, was thinking about this possibility. Coley's got something for dem Free Shoes U this year.

Good question, being so thin at CB makes you wonder why he is in the mix at PR anyway. Let a WR or someone not pivitol to the Defense shag punts until Redwine or someone else is more experienced playing corner. I'm sure we can find someone down on the depth chart who was talented at returning punts in high school.
