Charlie Strong staff

He did a really bad job with his Texas staff. He already scapegoated his OC and publicly lynched him 14 games into his run at Texas.
 
I'm starting to see more and more similarity between Charlie and Randy.

Strong is a more polished Shannon. He was able to pull Bridgewater instead of Harris, learn on the job at the Ville before jumping to a big time program, didn't have the connections or acumen on the O side to pick the right guy, and is now paying for it. I thought he was gonna do well at UT, but I guess not so much.

Boy, some of you need to google Shawn Watson and really read as to what happened, instead of putting all this into speculation and bulls h it

What's the deal with Watson besides being s sh1tty OC?

What concerns me about strong is that he's changed his staff around after year 1. I think he's either gotten rid of or stripped duties from 3 coaches on his staff. I guess it's good that he's decisive in making staff changes but the staff he put in place at Texas appears to be filled with botches. That's worries some because he's a defensive guy and they were all on the offensive side of the ball.

I dunno about Watson. I read that Strong demoted his OC after a game and promoted the QB coach to playcaller for the next week, but I thought Watson was the promoted QB coach. Maybe he sucks worse & that ruffled some feathers?

I feel for the guy, b/c he knows how to put together a good defense. He just hasn't been able to find the pieces on offense, and there's not much room for error at this point. It was like when Shannon ditched Nix, and then Whipple didn't solve the problem. He was basically like now wtf do I do? Strong rose too fast for his own good, I think. He could've used a few more years at UL.
 
This fanbase deserves Mario Cristobal. Lol. *****ing about going from Golden to Strong. Crazy talk.
 
Clintt Hurtt is not allowed to step foot on the Miami campus.

Charlie Strong is a complete fraud as a head coach.

Mario Cristobal would be a disaster as head coach.
