So what? They weren't demoted to become co-OC's. None of these people were. They were hired usually as a position coach, proved they were a great coach, promoted to co-OC and given raises. This is a totally different scenario and the fact that some of you don't realize that is mindblowing.

We need a DC that’s gonna come in and give recruits confidence that they will be well coached n ready them for the NFL. With Baker still here I wouldn’t send my kid to play for him. Manny needs to be the CEO. That’s it.

Well unless you’re paying F you money most really good dc’s arent knocking down a coaches door going in to year three without an extension and already fired most of both sides of the ball. It can be difficult lol.

Nobody wants to come work for you? Depending what Manny's pitching potential candidates there may not be many willing to come down for a co-DC title, forced to run Manny's D or not bring in their own staff, IF that's the case.

Surprised Manny is even considering keeping him as LB coach as bad as they were and he doesn't even recruit. No wonder LB recruiting isn't very good. Tried having others recruit for Rumph and that didn't work either. When your position coach doesn't recruit the position that is a big problem.

We don't have an outside linebacker. We have a middle linebacker and weakside backer. Parker doesn't coach either. Just striker. The outside backer is the sam lb that we don't use anymore in this defense
