Chaney - impressive lifting

Kid is a **** horse, and our RB corps is ridiculous. We should pound the living &hit out of any team not named Bama or Clemson next season. Absolutely no excuses. And we still need to make Bama and Clemson pay when our backs come out of the backfield.

It all comes down to our interior OL. Find me 4 / 5 grown men we can put at G and C who can put DTs on their a&&es, and our offense should be Top 10 next season.

We've got our QB, and I'm very encouraged about TVD as a second option. We've got plenty of good RBs. We've got plenty of WRs, and the only question with our TEs is: Who will be TE2? Hodges? Mammarelli?

Tons of weapons that just need to be fully utilized.

Harris > Chaney in 2020 but a kid like Chaney has the look and feel of someone who is ready to burst on the scene.

I still remember when all you fckers hopped on the Knighton bandwagon & swore he was going to be better than Chaney once he committed to us...

I stayed down & maintained Chaney was going to be the best & I’m still standing on it.

He’s cut from the same cloth as the legendary Miami backs, this kid is going to EAT this season, 5 man rotation be damned.
I agree 100%. Special.

I think the battle for TE 2 will be between Hodges and Arroyo. Mammarelli will be the designated blocking TE.

Tired of rotation of backs. This kid is our best back and should get 20 touches per game with JK getting some backup carries and 3rd down or slot work.
That's football today, and we have multiple backs that can wear a defense out, no sense in putting unneeded were and tear on one guy.

Chaney is my favorite back since Duke. But Knighton is no JAG. All of our backs, including the two inbound, bring something.

Cam had an extra gear in the beginning of last season that he lost a few games in. He also seemed to be trying to be more patient behind the line but ended up missing his holes. because of it. If Cam can get back to form, he'll continue to see a lot of reps. But I hope we run with a lot of different looks and personnel.

Cam will be rewarded for returning and will remain the starter imo. As you noted, he looked spry early last year and then tweaked a knee against Louisville and didn't quite look the same. His explosiveness was back on that TD run in the bowl game.
