chance to see kaaya running out of time

I would like for Brad to stay for his senior year. Yes it has been frustrating watching him play this year. But I don't think he is ready just yet for the NFL. Take another year (maybe beat FSU) learn from Richt and increase your draft stock. Then N'kosi or Jack can take it from there.

If he stays I think he will be better next year. We return just about everyone on O. He will have a complete year of learning under Richt to go into next season. I wouldnt be that upset if he does leave for the NFL though bc I just dont think the Oline can step up their play that much more even though I think they will be better next year for the same reasons Kaaya will.

I guess we will just have to wait and see.

I think we see improvement next year, whether that is a 5-3 team right now or 6-2, I think we start to see the effects of Richts program take effect. We will win more of the close games etc.

Brad has the talent, I think he's missing moxie. Also, he doesn't seem to be a natural leader ---at least the way he carries himself on the field and on the sidelines.

All that said, I hope he returns next season

Kaaya hasn't won anything in his Miami career, he has a career losing record against FBS schools, what exactly would we be missing? I rather be average with Allison taking his bumps going 6-6 than with a senior QB who will go 6-6

LOL at the growing list of morons hoping for Kaaya to leave. Probably the same retards who couldn't wait for Dorsey to leave so Berlin could take over. There were plenty of idiots who were happy when Dorsey left.

Not sure how you were negged for this. People seem to always think the backups that never stepped up to even sniff Kaaya's sack for any playing time, could somehow do any better. For ***s sake how can you explain Rosier being any upgrade after there was never a QB competition and he was being regarded as a potential transfer candidate because nobody thought he'd even win the back up job over a walk on and a guy that's average stat line in scrimmage and intrasquad was about 2-6 for 5 yards in Shiereffs.

People gotta be careful what they wish for. Look at Matt Ryan, learned a new system in 2015, played like dog ****, people wanted him traded. He's settled in in 2016 and is arguably the MVP at this point in the season. Nobody on this board knows why we suck or has the solution other than recruiting better.

Kaaya is not going to get better next year. He is what he is; a mentally weak pocket passer with no mobility. I don't give a f*ck if the next QB isn't as good as Kaaya(which would be an accomplishment). I am completely through with Kaaya. It's time for him to leave.

A mentally weak pocket passer. Lmao no he's just immobile pocket passer and everyone hates him for it because all of the appreciation or the blame ALWAYS goes to the QB. If you give Kaaya a chance to throw he picks the other team apart. Im done with this OL more than Brad. It's not Brads job to run around the pocket and avoid pressure, if you can great, if not ok. That's not supposed to be how it is.

However, the job of the OL is to pass protect and keep the QB upright long enough to go through an ordinary progression. Michigans QB is just as immobile as Kaaya and isn't as good of an arm talent but his WRs catch the ball and they have a **** good OL. Also, Harbaugh knows how to scheme around teams that are bringing pressure to play to the QBs strength. If Brad was at Michigan, he would be their starting QB, be 8-0 and about to be one of the first 2 QBs taken in the draft.

The "I don't care if the next guy is worse" should have been the giveaway that this dude is trolling. He needs to tighten that up. He went too far trying to be outrageous.

You make a great point about harbaugh. He has a long track record of taking crummy QBs and turning them into effective QBs from Alex Smith to Kaepernick to Ruddock. Now he's taking a statue in Speight, who everyone thought would be Michigan's weak link, and turned him into a strong point.

Put Speight on our team and Rix would have the fans **** punching him unmerciful.

Miami period hasnt won in 13 years what the **** are you talking about. When are you fools going to learn that the next player at this position or that position isnt the turning point? This team needs more talent at every single position and it needs a new mentality.

He has gotten closer each of the 3 years he has been here. Fsu wont have cook next year to save their *** either.

Hopefully they don't have Kaaya to save their *** either.

Without kaaya those games would have been blowouts. Especially the one in 2015. Rosier or testeverde aint beating fsu either.

I agree, but especially with the one in 2016. Without Kaaya we would have blown them out.

Kaaya is going to go down as our biggest loser quarterback. Have any of our quarterback lost as many games as him? He is 1-4 this year. In his only win, our defense scored 14 points. We could have started Rosier all year and be looking at the same exact record or better.

So what exactly would we be losing?

yall need to be careful what you're wish for in wanting kaaya to leave early

LOL Because the 6 wins a year and 0 wins against ranked teams he has produced will be irreplaceable. Miami would be better off if he left and got drafted just so we can point to recruits that we are putting QBs in the league again. They **** sure ain't winning **** with him.

are you implying that the wins or lack thereof are soley on Kaaya's shoulders? Kaaya has kept us in some games in past seasons. I am in no way excusing his poor play this year - he doesnt look comfortable and has not made good decisions. But to imply a freshman would be better than Kaaya as a senior is not necessarily logical.

Before the season started ALL of us were comparing him to some of the great QB's in miami history. Now all of a sudden some of the fan base wants to exile him because he's struggled with a new system, behind a terrible o -line and questionable play calling?

Kaaya has obviously been a disappointment but when you say "I hope he leaves" it makes you sound like an idiot.

If Kaaya leaves after this year, I don't see us beating FSU next year. I'll take my chances with him.
