Holy **** I love the U way more than Blake James, Al Golden, and Donna combined. What I don't love is the elitist, waspy, pretend we are Duke, hate the urban fanbase attitude that has engulfed our program since that carpet eating **** arrived.

100% agree. Gotta show love for the players as much as possible. **** the admin and coaches, but show love for the guys that are still putting on that jersey. Wish more fans understood this. Rather than the "blow it all up" mentality...which leads them to a deep regretful depression.

100% agree. Gotta show love for the players as much as possible. **** the admin and coaches, but show love for the guys that are still putting on that jersey. Wish more fans understood this. Rather than the "blow it all up" mentality...which leads them to a deep regretful depression.

Dude this **** has happened for 10 years. Coaching staff fails. Old players are blamed for not buying in. Young players are told it's their class who will bring it back. Young players get coached up by the terrible staff, become old players who can't seem to win. Coaching staff now blames THEM. Rinse and repeat.

This is nothing new. It's time to break the cycle. Chad and Brad will thank us for it when they are first rounders in 4 years.

For these boys at the u today they get all of my respect. Some of them could have went to any school in the country and turned they back on the U like dalvo, copper, Michel, teddy and all of them but they didn't. They came here even though we are in a struggling.....

Real talk. For the most part, for 2 years posters pointed out flaws in coaching, game plans, adjustments and schemes while defending the players. Now the spin is that "fans" don't support the players. See Chad, Golden and Kaaya's mom's statements. Message is you cannot support the team unless you support Golden and staff.
 
Fans and the players are the "givers" to the program and the coaches and admin are the "takers"

We have to support the fellow givers and make sure those that are taking from the program are deserving of the money they are taking.. and now they are not

Here's the new way you talk to recruits and parents: kill em with kindness. For example:

"Man thanks for coming to the U can't wait until we get you a REAL coach, you will take off then"
"Man, once them Miami boys get rid of Al Golden #BradKayaa gonna win a Heisman"
"Chad Thomas will be a freak in a 4-3 defense just as soon as Al Golden is fired and replaced with a qualified coach #OurPlayersDeserveBetter #Shame on Blake"

This way, we are praising the players, and recruits, while simultaneously slamming the staff/admin. There goes their "you are being mean to kids" angle.
 
also keep in mind he is playing with his HS coach on the staff. he probably dont want ice to get fired.
