He was a long time Pats WR coach, coached in New England with Brian Flores for 10 years & what did Flores do after one year with him as a play caller? FIRED HIM.
What does that tell you? Shít Corch & coordinator. DO NOT HIRE HIM HERE, HE WILL FAIL HARD.
Keep away from Phins coaches & for the love of God, NO this is not a parallel to Joe Brady coming from the Saints to LSU.

Because he vastly exceeded expectations as OC with the talent he had.

It's too many Phins fans on this board for there to be an objective discussion about how good he was or wasn't as an OC especially since they just beat the Patriots...
But, I'm about 1,000% sure he would be a disaster here.
