Never change CIS, never change. Let's pencil them in for Vegas, seeing that people are overreacting in WEEK ZERO. All we've seen in one quarter of football is that Virginia can't throw a pass beyond five yards. That's all we've seen. Pribula is a turnover waiting to happen and will likely spend a good chunk of the season on the sidelines in street clothes, if Virginia insists on running QB Power 3-4 times per drive.

Elliott still isn't recruiting at a high enough level, and we know full well VT is about to clean up the Tidewater region. James Franklin outrecruited UVA in a non bump year, that gap is going to grow exponentially. Elliott had an opportunity to own that region, but he missed the window of opportunity.

NCSU is exactly what they've always been under Doeren: A 7-9 win team that will crap their pants whenever everyone is watching. They are a tough out when you least expect it, or when a team takes them lightly. That said, they aren't true contenders. Doeren does just enough to not get fired, but he's not a next level guy.
