With Bandy declaring, we are paper thin at the position. I would assume Blades returns as CB1 which is scary imo, he’s played well this year but he’s not a true lockdown corner. Then we have the young guys. Couch and Williams have promising futures. Ivey is meh. If I were Manny I would hit up the portal HEAVY. We need some experience and competition in the room. And if Rumph is gone (most likely) it would be interesting to see who gets brought in because he can bring some recruits with him. Thoughts?

Unfortunately, we're back to your perpetual position of being thin in a lot spots. We can only hope for a coach that can really get the potential out of these kids and solid recruiting to build up the ranks.

WHEN WILL WE HAVE A YEAR WITH ACTUAL DEPTH?! lol
 
Both Bandy and Blades are really good #2 corners, not sure either are a true #1. Eager to see Couch and Williams this spring

1. Can you trust Ivey as a full time starter?
2. Clarke was supposed to RS since he only played CB for 1 year in HS. One injury and he's playing big minutes.
3. There is no competition to push these guys, they're gonna slack because who else you gonna play.
4. You're gonna be hard pressed to find a legit immediate eligible CB available right now.

ivey and blades have a lot of starting experience from this year which should help them next season.

Christian Williams and tecory couch are legitimate cb prospects who were flipped from big time schools and can play imo. They should breakout next year .

Miami is going to have to explore all avenues in terms of possibly brining in 2 cbs this cycle
