Well, yes, but I just meant 4 in a row. 86-89. You could make the argument we should have had 3 in a row from 2000-2002.

I was at that game with the alumni club. We stayed in the Palmer House in Chicago and they bussed us over to South Bend.
First of all, there was only one entrance/exit on the field which both teams had to use to get to the locker rooms. Miami proceeded to
go thru first coming off the field, however, the ND band was inside and blocked their entrance; thus, they turned around toward the field and the ND players thought they had stopped to argue/fight/whatever and all **** broke loose.....we were in the end zone right above them.
Secondly, the "Catholic vs. Convict" was rather amusing particularly since we had more catholic players on our team than ND did.
