That's some bull****! There's only going to be 6,000 tix left after season tickets are sold?!?!

Just kidding, it'll still be empty.

Thanks Alf.

That will leave only 45,000 empty seats. These will "mathemagically" turn to 10k empties.

They will try, but the actual gameday atmosphere is what matters most. This should help the atmosphere a lot.

It'll probably be used against us in recruiting, but at this point, we deserve it.

Maybe the distance from campus, but tarp or not it's pretty tough to convince a kid that a stadium that's good enough for a Super Bowl, National Title Game and an NFL team isn't good enough for him.

Right now we play in the 21st biggest stadium in the NCAA despite having 321 schools have a larger enrollment. This will take us down to 52nd largest, and it's definitely an improvement.

The completed version actually looks pretty good.

Getting rid of the orange seats is a big plus too

even the school itself is buying banners at this point.

/hurts crootin bro

I heard from an unreliable source that UM is planning on flying tarp planes in front of the fans banner planes so that nobody will see the banners. There could be some truth to this as UM has plenty of experience with tarps.

the real difference maker, is the canopy which is designed to trap noise in and actually make opponents get rattled for once. We finally gonna have a true home field advantage for once.
