Can't lie...

Homer had his faults, but that kid was a true Cane and bled orange and green. He was the polar opposite of that "south florida diva" stereotype so many people on CIS complain about. Will always have love for that dude and hope he kills it in the NFL.

Cam going to get his, Lingard will prove his worth, DJ going to do what he always does... make plays.
Burns may never see the field again, which is a shame flashed a little with his few carries.
I agree with this but since Asa Martin is going to sit, we need to keep Burns in that 4th spot. You never know what could happen.

I like Homer a lot. But that **** robbed himself of so many TD’s by slipping or running into his own player so many times, it’s mind boggling. His vision is bizarre at times.

Cant lie i doubted Homer but he stepped up when Walton went down. Hard working kid cant hate on him our offense sucked this last year! Lacks wiggle everything else he's on point. He's not a Lo or Cam though imo

He's like a RoboVac. But I didn't mind because he doesn't have the elusiveness anyway. His only option is keep going and keep bouncing off.

I never saw Homer in the same light after he was run down by that Virginia CB from across the field on what should’ve been an easy TD, which might have turned the momentum in that game.

We,of course, settled for a FG instead.

As he was being run down, and you could see it coming right away, I said to myself, “That is not a top notch UM running back”.

Bless his heart, he gave it all he had and was tough, but man, I just felt he left a lot of TD’s on the field.

I hope he does well in the NFL, but looking forward to seeing Cam, Lo and the rest get more carries.

Wish Homer nothing but the best as he looks to pursue his dreams of making it with an NFL club. I hope he does extremely well at the Combine as well. Sometimes he looked great and broke away, other times he was busted at or behind the line. While I think DJ has that same potential his vision and wiggle is better than Homer’s is/was. Where I really think we’ll cut rug is with Lo and Cam this season - both have the huge upside you look for out of a starting RB tandem.

Anyone else think Travis Homer has some Arian Foster to him when Foster was at Tennessee? Jack of all trades master of none. Would fit in a zone blocking scheme.
I don't see the comparison except for the scheme fit. Homer will make his money on Sundays playing special teams at a high level for a long time

Homer's best trait was he didn't put the rock on the ground hardly at all.
