Can't get excited for FSU

Its because there is a good chance we could win and you know it. But you are the type that is hoping for a loss so that you can continue with your negative bs.

This **** ****es me off. I'm lucky enough to live where my favorite college basketball team (Gonzaga. Spokane, WA.) and I go to games whenever I can, including a exhibition game against Thompson Rivers a week ago. I'd do anything to see a miami game, let alone ****ing FSU.

boo hoo ... I went to Wide Right 1 & 2 ... When I attended the U we never lost a home game and I went to every single one. I've been to multiple away games and used to have season tickets. Gave them up last year. I've only watched one game this year live ... Louisville. Too many other positive things to do than watch crappy football. Basketball starts this week though. That I'm excited about. I still have my season tickets for basketball.

No ... I went to most of the basketball games last year. They weren't exactly spectacular, but it was a good product on the court and entertaining to watch.

I'll still watch youtube videos for a couple days, talk **** to my coworkers, dress my kids up, make an unreasonable amount of food and drink, yell at the tv, etc. I'm just not excited like I know I should be. I'll never root for our team to lose though, or be upset with a big win, that's just silly.
 
im 27. Ive gone to a game a yr since 2006. Haven't seen us win one yet. Ive spent thousands and i donate at least 25$ of my paycheck to the athletic department every month.


Excuse me if i dont want to waste anymore of my hard earned money hoping golden isnt going to get his *** handed to him.

Its soo draining. Im Cane **** or high water but im not going to break my heart and pockets to watch us get slayed.

It doesnt translate to " i only go to games when we're winning". It translates to "this coach is not giving our boys the best opportunity to win and its too expensive to go to high profile games just to watch a blowout/ leave early"

I'm not buying the hype either. I just have zero faith in Golden. FSU will pull away in the 2nd half.

Wow, so a "fan" was supposedly offered free tix but decides not to go. Stay home and watch "Project Runway" reruns on Netflix instead with a nice glass of cheap white zinfandel? You're exactly the type of "fan" that the 'Canes don't need, whether they are winning or not.

So the guy doesn't feel inclined to go to the game and you basically call him a woman and the type of 'fan' that the Canes don't want. So the Cane Nation doesn't want women? Or metrosexuals? Or ****? How tolerant of you.

I'm sure there are a lot of fans that love the Canes and football, but don't like stadium noise, crowds, the long walk. Guess they aren't fans either. My dad skips free tickets too because he has a fused ankle and bad knee in the other leg. Guess he isn't a real fan because he doesn't fight through the pain to climb stadium steps.

Stop being a clown and deciding who is and isn't a fan.

Read his post - he didnt say he was hurt like your dad or anything about stadium noise and we know tix are easy to get .... he just isnt going .... for those of us that live out of state and come back for multiple games, we DO question if he is a fan bc we would love to ho to every game ....even FAU
