I'm hoping it's only 3 or maybe he gets a promotion elsewhere and gets a Headcoaching job at a G5 school. Maybe dude evolves but he looks like trash right now.

I wouldn't be so critical just 4 games in but alot fans were pointing out exactly what is happening now when he was hired. Slow, conservative, non explosive offense. The fact that alot of ppl pointed it out and it's happening is freaking frustrating.

@DMoney Was losing to MTSU a blessing in disguise in terms of forcing immediate re-evaluations of the things that do and don’t work in this offense and defense. Will we see more spread out formations or subtle changes that will make TVD more comfortable in the offense??
