He's honestly called plays this year like a very talented, but inexperienced OC.

Think back to Jimbo Fisher - dude knew EXACTLY when to call the screen. Lashlee has a handful of WTF playcalls each game on top of not quite having his finger on the pulse when it comes to what's working against the defence.
