Mario is a bully. We get peacocking playing against ****** teams and frontrunning but tight games we retreat into the running it up the middle ****

Still it’s good to see. AT LEAST give the defense something to think about like using Toney as a decoy or some kind of wrinkle

I have been saying it for awhile.. Mario philosophy actually works against better teams.. it keeps you in games.. it's the lesser opponents that also get kept in games that **** me off.. it gets clipped annually because of it..

I remember when the offense last year went super Saiyan and KNEW they were good.. feel like it just happened before our eyes wit the defense today..

Cfb is all about matchups but we can turn a game into a bar fight and see who wants to fight.. in a big game, it works.. over a season.. u need explosive players

Maybe the run game resets a little with Fletcher. But I think Daniels on the outside, opens up more opportunities to air it out down field.

For real, when Daniels comes back, we need to operate out of 4 wide pretty much exclusively. I’d bet dollars to donuts we would have top 20 offense to pair with our top 5 defense. Deep playoff run.

But that would require Mario and Dawson going against everything they want to be known for.

I honestly don’t think you can say anything definitive right now. It’s still all too close to know for sure. But obviously BC winning is massive massive massive for us. Let’s just get this gift and see how it shakes out after today and next week.

We threw the ball twice on 3rd and 2. We ran play action on 2nd and 2. We haven’t done either of those things in 6 games. If nothing else, at least we’re trying to break tendencies.
