I am a huge advocate of rotating guys (to a point) to keep guys fresh and get everyone game reps for depth and experience.

But the volume of reps needs to go to the best players, period, who are doing it right and doing it well. If you don't start demanding accountability, the culture won't bread accountability on each other. It begins with coaches.
