Honestly if you want to know what is happening: Richt doesn't trust Perry right now because Perry is shook. Perry is shook because the line isn't giving him time. Richt can't put in Rosier because the only chance at a miracle comeback is if Perry decides he is going to take over. Rosier simply doesn't have the talent to mount a 20 point comeback.
