Canes rosterand notes for App St. game

I can see Gus Edwards getting the ball running behind Williams this game. Pound the **** out of them and see how they hold up. At the very least, do it when they are getting worn down in the 3rd.

I can see Gus Edwards continuing to pick splinters out of his *** unless Walton or Yearby get hurt.

Due to our lack of depth at LB and in the secondary, Manny Diaz will be implementing the famous "Seven Diamond" formation.

Scary that Fines might see significant time if he really is a backup... not a coincidence that he was on the field for FAUs long TD run. Jenkins with one knee would be better.

And that depth chart release for the App. State game isn't a reflection on who is going to play. Colbert isn't back, he is just on the depth chart. Harris isn't going to start until he gets healthy. Mayweather may be Coley's backup, but he will not play unless it's a blowout.

I think Molten gets unleashed this week.

Not just LB (which is INSANELY thin) and OL. Also CB. And let's face it, our safeties may have numbers but are not Miami-level.

The good news is that Kaaya is almost certainly coming back, along with the entire offense except Isadora, as well as all the LBs and DL. So secondary is only problem next year. A couple of transfers there could change everything.

I mean unless you have zero faith in Colbert, Redwine then I'm not sure what the problem is at CB. At one point during camp you had Mayes, Jackson, Young all in the mix at CB4. Does every CB on the roster need to be Deion Sanders or something? And at safety you have four guys receiving regular playing time and three true freshmen behind them in case they all get injured in a car wreck or something. You people are just regurgitating **** at this point.

Well, I thought Colbert was out for more weeks, so if he plays and is healthy, then that goes a long way to resolving the CB depth issue. But if not, you'll be seeing a lot of Mayes Jackson and Young, which is what I was expecting. Safety quality is just not that good. Kind of link our OL. Okay individuals, not great as a unit

Yes he was but he had a bunch of backups in there on that drive.I remember Smith and Owens at LB.Bethel and Joseph at DE.Once the starters came back in FAU did nothing.

I think the benches are metal, but our resident App State fan could probably tell us for sure

This notion that we're lacking in depth at receiver is a farce.

"No depth" is the new "Cloud".

The "no depth" mummies are completely out of control. We won our last NC with far less depth at WR than we have now.

Right ,so no depth is an imagined problem. If 3 or 4 starters go down during the season that shouldnt effect us at all.

We are certainly unique in the fact that if we lose our top 3 WRs we will struggle. Everyone else's next 3 WRs are better than their top 3.

But if we lost all our starters we would lose because all the backups aren't as good. Straight POTATO.

Dudes need to catch the ball. That's the difference between kids back then and nowadays. Kids cant make the simple play consistently.

May I ask why you think that Edwards will all of a suddenly become a part of the gameplan in week 3?

He didn't appear until late in the 3rd quarter against FAMU and didn't touch the ball once against FAU, and yet you people continue clamoring for the ******* guy like he's Eric ****erson.

Mainly because you are a giant ****lord
