The Miami Hurricanes have added to the Pickett lineage at the U, officially signing offensive lineman Canon Pickett.
At six-foot-four and 320 pounds, Pickett moves with athleticism and the raw talent is there. I expect his strength to develop to truly match his raw athleticism as he slots into a guard position at the next level.
Although Pickett suffered a season-ending injury early on this season, he’s been hard at work and should recover fully.
With both his father Booker Pickett Sr. playing for Miami and his brother Booker Pickett Jr. currently playing for the Hurricanes, it always seemed like a no-brainer that Canon would follow suit.
