SEC-esque training & team building ****. idk if we back all the way yet but looks we will take no prisoners when season starts.

More SEC nut gobbling. Richt took the mat drills from FSU.

Miami (FSU, too) was SEC before the SEC was SEC.

These constant comparisons to the SEC are beyond annoying.

We miami is what the sec heads call it.

I tried to re-watch the video, and only got one minute in and shut it down. Didn't want to be reminded of the crap we had to endure for 4 1/2 years.

Mat drills are hard...... Mark richt had multiple ga highschools running a certain variations of it in terms of the aspect that if someone messes up a drill or doesn't do it the right way everyone has to start over doing the drill. It basically instills toughness and accountability/ discipline most importantly which is something we lacked considering all of those penalties and miscues we had last year that f_cked up drives and took tds off the board. Players hate Mat drills but it makes you more discipline and have better endurance

IMO they don't seem too obsessed with the players gaining weight. They seem to be more concentrated on the players being in the best shape possible.
