Killian running back Bentavious Thompson and quarterback Cairiq Rackley had outstanding performances to lead the Cougars to a 27-20 win over Varela (2-2, 0-2) at Tropical Park.

After being down seven points in the fourth quarter, Killian (2-3, 1-0) took the lead after back-to-back rushing touchdowns from Thompson.

Cougars freshman Rackley had 177 yards passing.

TOP TWO

Thompson: Rushed for 145 yards and had three rushing touchdowns, including the game winner.

Allison, a Miami commit, completed 14-of-24 passes for 153 yards and the two touchdowns to Luckett. In the second half, the quarterback went 7-for-9 with 88 yards. The Tigers (4-1) simply had more depth and talent than BHS (0-4) and eventually they overwhelmed Bayshore.

Who's Interested: Everybody. Alabama, Florida State, Clemson, Michigan, LSU, Ohio State and many more.

What's Interesting: Samuel is the son of the former NFL All-Pro and two-time Super Bowl champion with the same name. Samuel's father was a star at UCF, but he is looking to attend a Power Five school with a shot at winning a national championship. Samuel still needs to develop physically, but he has excellent technique, is very fast and has a very advanced understanding of how to play the position. Miami is very high on his list at this point but there are plenty of schools that could dethrone the Canes.

We seen an article where De'Andre said The U was on top. what do we have to do to stay in that spot with him? do you think a coaching change will change his mind?
no, as long as the coaches keep showing interest which they are doing greatly I feel he wouldn't choose UGA or Bama but the coach Hurley brown really wants him on his lb Corp

its coach Aubrey hill he's a great motivator.

Ahmmon Richards had three catches for 163 yards and the two touchdowns.
“He’s the best player I’ve ever coached and probably ever will coach. Hopefully we have quite a few games left with him,” Abel said.

On the next Wellington possession, it was Ahmmon’s younger brother Mark-Antony Richards who did the damage. The younger Richards, a freshman, scored on a 72-yard run extending the lead to 14-0

HAVE TO ...I MEAN..HAVE TO...KEEP RICHARDS IN THE FOLD....BEST PLAYER IN OUR CLASS.

He's STACY COLEY LEVEL as a freshman hear i think.

What happened to all the updates? I used to love reading about them here. Can't watch the games because I'm stuck in MA for a couple of years.

Haven't seen a lot of talk about Glades Central's James Blackman on this site since the assumption seems to be that we'll land Tyler Lytle, but we should take two QB's in 2017. Blackman has a hose and shows some impressive ball placement in his highlights.

Hope whichever staff is in place prioritizes both Lytle and Blackman. Really like this kid.

Bumping this with Blackman's latest highlights.

we're a mile in front for this kid.

He has a lot of zip on those throws to the outside even on the run, and you know it's all natural with his skinny frame. Get him in a college lifting and nutrition program and he's gonna be a real problem.

He had good footwork in the pocket and evades the risk with his eyes down field.

I think he is an automatic take because he has so much potential if he has time to learn and grow, which he will with Allison coming in.

Another weapon who's been talked about quite a bit in this thread is Adrian Killins, who can play RB, slot WR, KR, and PR. Here are his senior highlights:

I would bring in Killins and Phillips. We need a major speed infusion. Too many lumbering athletes at WR and CB.

Killings seperated from Miami Central defenders..thats good enugh for me.

We definately need at least 2 legit 4.4 guys in this class. Were good with the big guys.
