I’m not understanding this coaching; u r seeing ur pitcher having trouble finding the zone. His pitch count has ballooned w/ less than 5 innings pitched. He was fortunate to get out of some tight spots, so clearly he’s struggling despite escaping. He’s showing either arm fatigue or batters now catching up to his arm angles, yet u keep him out there while he’s clearly drowning?

It drives me nuts!!! They are always too slow in replacing pitchers. They wait until the pitcher has drowned all the while watching him struggling to swim.
