Depends on how you see his resume and what he’s hired to do. I think his resume would be sought after by most college coaches.

Not sure what is being done behind the scenes, but if Rad only interviewed JD, Pollard, Tulo and Manieri, that's an issue in itself. I could be wrong but seems to me the list would be a long one of guys wanting to coach the Miami Hurricanes.
