I agree. Most complete team we’ve had in years. Mario just has to keep them focused and clean up the dumb penalties a little. Too many false starts today.

The only concern I have is that for the 3rd game in a row our secondary gave up big plays on what looked like busted assignments. Gotta clean that up. But overall our secondary looks much improved from the abomination that we were subjected to last season. They can all tackle well, and they cover and break on the ball much better. Fitz is a baller.

It was pretty dominant. USF moved the ball some and hit some big plays but the defense stepped up in the red zone just about every time. Also forced some turnovers. Beck had a few mistakes but looked like Beck. Zero drops from any WR from what I remember. They all looked good.

We were getting sloppy at times but all coachable mistakes. I've learned to enjoy every W and not get too ahead of myself but I'm confident and excited about this seasons outlook.

All the false starts were caused by illegally simulating the snap. Mario was furious. Bush league tactic.

You could see it clearly on the goaline one.. shuffling and probably yelling to generate the false start.

I guess this was the ref’s first game because that was ridiculous
