Can I express my outrage over the Football Awards Ceremony?

I'm not Manny, but if he wants to change the culture, you give the Seniors a closed award ceremony, and you ask the rest of the team, mostly the juniors, if they feel the need to hold an award ceremony.

You been watching this program since cmr came? You realize mandy is the one who went to a flea market down south to get a turn over chain made of ten karat gold and cubic zirconium right? Same dude forcing kids to put on an even dummer prop of some nineteen eighties knuckle rings when ever they score. Oh wait oh wait, better yet same dude making these kids jump up and down on the sidelines and dance like mamawhichos while were being *****slapped by the most average schedule in the country... So I ask,is an awards ceremony after this year to celebrate mediocrity really that big of a surprise to you? I feel like Robert Deniro in meet the fockers when he was looking at Barbara streisands shrine for all of ben stillers eighth place trophies.
So an awards banquet isn't just something the team has every year? And if not, how many wins do they need to have one?

As for wearing props, I imagine if any of the players were ****ed enough about losing they could just not wear them. Or not accept an award for that matter. Maybe make a bit of a statement that celebrating a loss isn't acceptable. But it doesn't seem like anyone's very upset about this season, so I guess we'll never know.

And that's the problem. These players are more happy with dancing and occasionally wearing some jewelry than winning football games. Those stupid props need to die. The entire culture needs to die.

Participation trophies for everyone!

Then we need an administration and coaching staff that understand that swag comes after winning, not before. You don't summon more wins by dancing and wearing jewelry. You summon more wins by being more focused, by working harder, by being smarter. That's it, it's that simple.

Until our program is run by people who not only understand that, but truly hate losing, we'll get more of the same.

The crap they are pulling is no different than our players stomping on the Louisville logo, then getting stomped by them. We are all fake swag. God, I hate that word, swag. All we have had for years is a false bravado, and Manny had doubled down on it.

Miami needs to hire an old school, tough SOB to run the program. Both at the HC and AD level.

Miami football is a gruesome traffic fatality that you just can't turn away from. I guess this is what happens when you play for 9 titles in 20 years and follow that up by going 7-5 every season for eternity with every local stud recruit giving you the finger on NSD.

Yes. Awards ceremony is annual. Wasnt the point but I give up. This is acceptable to most of yall.

Gotta agree with dsddcane here.

When you lose to FIU, then all ceremonies should be cancelled. When you lose to the worst GT team, a terrible Duke, VT and UNC team, then you don't deserve a banquet. You actually don't deserve ****.

At some point you have to send a message that losing is simply unacceptable and things that are "normally done" will not occur when losses pile up.

So yeah, every program does it, but who gives a ****. It doesn't mean we had to and definitely not after we lost to FIU.

So those that are ok with this can **** their own faces for sitting on their high horse thinking they're above it all.

Manny is simply not showing that the current state of affairs is not acceptable. Effort is seriously lacking starting at the top on down.

Man we about to win a tony award next year for our sideline dancing. The next 30 for 30 is gonna be call U “suckas got served”!!! We got the most lit sideline dance in the nation bar none.

Which player won the best social media award? About 59 of them are constantly tweeting or posting something about themselves...

Manny lost control of the vessel before even being named captain! 😂😂😂

I went to the end of the year awards banquet after Clappy got canned.

IIRC I sat with some DT's and those dudes just kept eating everyone's chocolate desserts lol.

If Manuelita really wants to change the culture, you hold a banquet and hand out scholarship termination slips...call it the last supper...
